I've combined my love and expertise in makeup artistry and hair styling with my passion and skills in professional portrait photography, I've seized the opportunity to merge my talents. It is from this combination that ‘Portrait Couture’ was born – the ultimate session of fashion, glamour and professional photography. As a model myself, I will help to pose and guide you through this fun experience.
I've created a fashion style of photography that is simple, elegant and modern. I believe every woman deserves a beautiful portrait and I am passionate about capturing that.
What I enjoy most is the transformations I create – everyday women looking and feeling their best. The objectives
Our objective is to build Simona's online presence and optimize her website. We also aim to rank her in various keywords relevant to her services to gain advantage against her competitors and potentially increase her sales.
Increasing their quantity and quality of inbound traffic to their site that will give increase conversions is also part of our objective. Understanding, research and identifying the website needs to improve and be fixed to help the clients target audience to site and rank on search engines.
The CHALLENGE
Competitive Niche
Client’s website is in photographer and hair and makeup niche, which is one of the most competitive niches in Australia. This required us to compete with some of the top photographers and businesses to improve our clients' visibility in Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).
We are talking about established competitors in the field. Our customer's website was relatively new when compared to them, making the situation even more challenging. It also meant that our client’s website was ranking low for a lot of keywords that we were targeting.

LOW TRAFFIC
When we started, our client’s monthly traffic was only 193. Well, quite a number of traffic but we aim for ways to take it to next level!

What’s more? Among the 815 keywords in Australia, 552 of them are in the Top 50 positions.

Increases their sites organic traffic
Our objective, of course, was to increase the number of visitors to our client's website. We were able to successfully drive a significant boost in traffic to their website.
We increased the number of visitors from 124 in Jan 2020 to 1, 907 traffic per month as of April 2022.

This marked a 577% increase in the overall organic traffic to our client’s website.
The traffic growth also starts to improve in Feb 2021 and the site received 722 visitors per month.

However, by April 2022, it pumped to 1, 907 visitors per month.
This marked a 182% increase in website visitors per month in a span of 1 year.
IMPROVED BACKLINK PROFILE
Another noteworthy consequence in this case study is how our SEO plan boosted the backlink profile of our client.
The client's site had a huge boost in the number of dofollow and nofollow backlinks. The overall quantity of backlinks increased to over 1,222 from around 160 referring domains.
